These terms apply to every plan sold by Doctor Content OS, Pune, India. Contact: doctorcontentos@gmail.com.

1. What you buy

A 30-day Instagram Reel content plan for one medical specialty, shown on this website after payment. It is educational content only. It is not medical advice and not legal advice.

2. Personal-use licence

The plan is licensed to the person who paid, for personal use only. You may not copy, share, sell, resell, publish, or give access to others. Your name and email are shown on the plan as a watermark. Access is limited to 3 devices. We may stop access if these terms are broken.

3. You are responsible for what you post

You are a doctor and you are responsible for everything you post (NMC guidelines on ethical advertising, para 4.4). Read the NMC guidelines. Adapt every script in your own words and check each medical statement yourself before posting. Show your name, qualification and registration number as required. Do not use patient photos, testimonials, before-and-after pictures, fear marketing, superlatives, offers or product endorsements.

4. No promises

We do not promise followers, patients, income or any result. The plan is a starting point, not a guarantee. Medical information may change, and we do not guarantee that it is complete or current.

5. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the plan.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or UPI details. The Razorpay checkout may show the name "Clinic Revenue OS", which is another business of the same owner.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies. Indian law applies, and courts in Pune have jurisdiction.
