What we collect

At payment: your name, email, phone number, specialty, and payment details such as payment ID and amount (received from Razorpay). On this website: a cookie that remembers your device, and a record of your first visit on each device. We also log failed login attempts, including your IP address, to stop misuse. If you fill our free-sample form (hosted by Tally), we receive the name, specialty and contact details (WhatsApp number or email) you enter, and your consent to be contacted.

Why

To confirm your payment, show your plan to you only, protect against sharing, and answer support requests. If you gave consent in the free-sample form, we may message you about our plans and ask for feedback. You can ask us to stop at any time.

What we do not do

We do not see or store your card or UPI details. We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising trackers on this website.

Who sees it

Razorpay (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and database) and Tally (the free-sample form) process data for us. We share data with others only if the law requires it.

How long

We keep payment and access records for as long as needed to provide the plan, handle refunds and meet legal and tax duties. Failed-attempt logs are deleted within a day.

To see, correct or delete your data, email doctorcontentos@gmail.com. We may keep records that the law requires.
