Refund Policy

Doctor Content OS sells digital plans that are delivered instantly after payment.

No refund after you open the plan

Once you have opened your plan, the payment is not refundable, because the content has been delivered.

Full refund if you cannot get access

If you paid and could not open your plan within 7 days, email doctorcontentos@gmail.com with your payment ID, the email and the phone you used at payment. If we cannot give you access, we refund the full amount.

Duplicate or wrong payments

If you were charged twice for the same plan, we refund the extra payment.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Your bank may take several working days to show it.
